Lucky Slots Mix is a casual card and board game experience provided by Long Studio. This policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used, and how players can contact us.

Information We Collect

• Account identifiers such as a guest user ID, nickname, avatar, login state, and game progress.
• Gameplay data such as coin balance, rewards, level progress, match records, Lucky Wheel participation, Friend invite activity records, and other activity participation.
• Purchase records needed to verify and deliver optional virtual coin packs, such as user ID, product ID, Apple transaction ID or Google order ID, verification result, delivery state, and related server logs.
• Device and technical data such as device model, operating system version, app version, crash logs, diagnostics, network status, and anti-fraud signals.
• Advertising-related identifiers and ad interaction signals when Unity Ads is enabled in a platform build, such as advertising ID, ad requests, impressions, and rewarded ad completion events. Rewarded ads are not enabled in the current iOS submission build.
• Optional information provided by players in forms, support requests, or feedback features, such as name, email address, and phone number.

How We Use Information

• Provide gameplay features, rooms, rewards, activity events, and account services.
• Maintain coin balances and update rewards after players complete eligible in-game actions, store purchases, Lucky Wheel draws, or Friend invite activity conditions.
• Improve stability, diagnose crashes, prevent abuse, and protect the game economy.
• Respond to support requests and player feedback.
• Comply with platform, legal, security, and fraud-prevention requirements where applicable.

Coins And Rewards

Coins and rewards in Lucky Slots Mix are virtual in-game items. They are intended for entertainment within the app and are not represented as cash, withdrawals, securities, real-world financial products, or any cash redemption program. The Android version may offer optional Google Play in-app purchases and the iOS version may offer optional Apple In-App Purchase virtual coin packs, Friend invite virtual reward activity, and Lucky Wheel free/invite reward states. To verify and deliver purchases, we may process your user ID, product ID, store order or transaction ID, purchase token or receipt data, package or bundle ID, verification result, delivery status, and related server logs. We do not receive your full payment card number, Google account password, or Apple account password.

Third-Party Services

The app may integrate third-party services for analytics, crash diagnostics, login, payment verification, advertising where enabled, and platform services. These services may process technical, usage, purchase, or advertising data according to their own privacy policies. Examples may include Google Play services, Unity Ads where enabled, Apple platform services, crash diagnostics, and distribution partners where enabled.

Advertising

Some platform builds may use Unity Ads rewarded ads. Rewarded ads are optional and may grant an in-game reward only after the player chooses to watch the ad and the ad completion is confirmed. The current iOS submission build keeps rewarded ads disabled and does not request App Tracking Transparency permission. If rewarded ads are enabled in a later iOS build, Unity may process advertising identifiers and ad interaction data according to Unity's own policies.

Data Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for gameplay, account operation, support, security, legal compliance, and fraud prevention. Some records may be retained for a longer period if required to maintain account integrity or comply with applicable obligations.

Children

Lucky Slots Mix is not directed to children under the minimum age required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

Player Choices

Players may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where required by applicable law. Some information may need to be retained for security, anti-fraud, dispute resolution, legal, or operational reasons.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect player information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to reduce risk and respond to security issues responsibly.
