These Terms of Use apply to Lucky Slots Mix, a casual card and board game experience provided by Long Studio.

Entertainment Use

Lucky Slots Mix is provided for casual entertainment. Game coins, rewards, levels, and activity items are virtual in-game content only. They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred for cash, exchanged for real-world money, or treated as financial products.

The Android version may offer optional in-app purchases for virtual coin packs through Google Play Billing. The iOS version may offer optional in-app purchases for virtual coin packs through Apple In-App Purchase. Purchased coins are virtual in-game items for entertainment use only. They do not have cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and cannot be exchanged for money, prizes, securities, or real-world financial value.

Google Play or Apple processes in-app purchase payments depending on the platform. Refund requests, chargebacks, and payment method issues are handled under the applicable store policies and applicable law. We do not collect or store your full payment card number or financial account credentials.

Friend invite activity, Lucky Wheel rewards, daily rewards, and store coin packs are all virtual in-game systems. Invite codes, share links, wheel draws, and reward records do not create cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, prizes, securities, or real-world financial value.

Some platform builds may include optional rewarded ads through Unity Ads. A rewarded ad may grant a virtual in-game reward only after the player chooses to watch the ad and completion is confirmed. The current iOS submission build keeps rewarded ads disabled. Reward availability, frequency, and amount may change based on game rules, platform policy, and anti-abuse controls.

Accounts And Fair Play

Players are responsible for keeping their account access secure. Do not exploit bugs, use unauthorized tools, interfere with game services, or attempt to manipulate coin balances, rewards, room results, or other gameplay systems.

We may restrict access, adjust virtual balances, or take other reasonable action when needed to protect service stability, prevent abuse, or comply with platform and legal requirements.

User Content And Support

If you contact support or submit feedback, provide accurate information and do not include passwords, full payment card details, government identifiers, or other sensitive information that is not needed to handle the request. For purchase support, provide your user ID and Google Play order number or Apple transaction/order information if available.

Service Changes

Game features, events, rooms, rewards, and virtual items may change over time. We may update, suspend, or remove features when needed for maintenance, security, compliance, or product operation.
